Very Unhappy I was very disappointed in my first visit to Gentle Dental. I spent over two hours and the only thing they did was take lots of x-rays. I was told I needed a crown, had cavities and needed a deep cleaning. The deep cleaning would take another two hours. The cost for the deep cleaning was 800.00. I told them I couldn't afford it. Not impressed! I never had a problem with going to the dentist but I am scared now. I have been getting my teeth cleaned and taken care of since Dr Becker (which I loved) but a year ago went had teeth cleaned everything was great then six months later they said I had 9 cavities. In six months! My teeth never hurt or gave me any problems but since they told me i needed them filled to avoid serious problems...

Rough treatment Dr Kim was rough and uncaring about pain issues and the way he handled crown replacement! With a bad bedside manner! My family has been going to Gentle Dental for 10 years and never had as bad a treatment until you changed doctors! I feel like now you result to more expensive procedures when not needed. That this location is all about the money!We are changing Dental care centers immediatly!

Gentle Dental Putnam City I have no problems with the dental work I have received but anytime I am scheduled later than the 1st appointment in the morning the waiting time is outragious. I don't know if they schedule multiple patients all at the same time or that just happens. I had an appointment at 8:30 and saw the dentist at 9:40 for a 10 minute retainer fitting.

Careless, unclean dental care I could not be more disapointed in the care I was given. I hope it was reflective of only the dentist I saw. The office felt unclean and was not properly set up. The whole visit felt careless and I had to see another dentist three days later. I would not return and would reccomend that you find another office if you need dental care. I will say that the front desk staff was very friendly!
