Absolutely horrible and disorganized office. They simply do not respond to any phone calls or voicemails and do not care about their patients. I have spent months trying to resolve a billing dispute and they couldn't care less! Go anywhere else.

Service of this place is great. But the front desk are the most impotent people I've ever met. They do not do their jobs. I have had several experiences where they schedule me in and don't tell me which office. So when I come in no one is in the office for my appointment. Terrible customer service. Not intelligent front desk workers. If you can go somewhere else so you don't have to experience a loss of brain cells by dealing with the front desk.

I was scheduled to get 2 wisdom teeth and a small bottom front tooth removed on 1/18/23. I paid for the full amount expecting to get them ALL removed that day. At the time the dental surgeon only removed 1 wisdom tooth, and the bottom front tooth. He said he didn't feel comfortable removing both wisdom teeth because they were wrapped in nerves and he wanted to see how the first side healed before he removed the other. I made an appointment weeks ago for my son. He shows up, on time, to find the office closed. No call, no notice, nothing. I called the main number and they say he never had an appointment and the office isn't open till Saturday. This is crazy. I didn't pick the date or time randomly.

I am beyond frustrated woth this place. My 19yr old has a couple cavities that needs to be addressed. It is kind of hard to get them fixed if they keep canceling gis appts. Then when i call back. Ita a ling wait to get another appointment set up. Then when I call. I always have to push the NEW Patient option, because they never answer the phones. My wife had some teeth pulled here last week. The dentist refused to give her any pain meds. She got dry sockets and an infection. There is a piece of jaw bone sticking out of one of the sockets. They wont fix it right. Accused her of seeking pain meds. We are going to have to go to an oral surgeon to get this mess fixed. Doctor Yi is an incompetent butcher.

The dentist and hygienist are nice but the front office staff, specifically Alicia has bad customer service. I've reached out to them regarding a billing issue and they haven't provided any response. I was also referred to the Puyallup location so I could speak to Ludmilla, their office manager, I still haven't received a response from her. They'll run your card for a payment but will not contact you for follow up. They lost my family's business and I won't refer anyone else to them.

I initially went to the Puyallup location and the office manager acted pompous and rude and tried to force a root scaling and planing on me. At this time I verified with my dental insurance you're not due for one so no it isn't covered and Gentle Dental should know this. Ok fast forward to the Lakewood location and after a set of x-rays and a "fast cleaning" it was assessed out of the blue that my gum depth was worse and I had to have root scaling and planing done. these people are messed up there telling me i missed appts and did not and that i did not get xrays done and that theywere closed on monday called my friend who took me and she even said it was monday
