I have been going to gentle dental for years and have always been treated awesome. Today I brought my daughter in to become a new patient. She has previously had bad experiences with dentists and she left here incredibly happy. They are so kind and educational! I highly recommend.
I just had my first experience at the Gentle Dental in Lynwood. The hygienist was very gentle and a did an excellent job cleaning and polishing my teeth. The new dentist was very kind and incredibly educational. Overall a great experience and I’m excited for my next appointment.
Had an excellent first visit. Front desk staff were both courteous and friendly. My dental assistant/hygienist was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable as she took a lot of X-rays in a very timely manner. Not hurried just efficient. My dentist was equally as nice as the rest of the staff and put together a plan on the spot that made sense. Very happy with the experience! 5 stars
Went here 20 years. Used to be professional friendly staff. Tried to give it a chance, but past 4 visits. Nightmare! For example; continuously rescheduling appointments. No team. Dentists, hygienist, dental assistants rotating door. Technology 0. Uploaded medication list LOST. 1 dentist advises 1 procedure. Go to appointment another dentist 6 reschedules & weeks later advises completely different
I had a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this dental office to others. Dr. Mueller and Kim were able to handle things professionally and efficiently while communicating with kindness—I cannot even tell you how refreshing that is! 10/10 would recommend. * I am glad I found a moment to write this review; I have been meaning to since my first visit.
