I can't say enough good things about Dr. Thomas Vu and Dora! They've truly made my visits to the dentist enjoyable. They’re incredibly patient and accommodating, which means a lot to me since I tend to feel anxious about dental appointments and being neurodivergent makes it challenging. Every time I'm there, I feel completely at ease. Plus, the front desk staff are always so friendly and welcoming! Thank you for making it so much easier to come to the dentist! :)
The first time I brought my kids, the front desk acted super put out to have me fill out paperwork. They asked me to push my appt because the dr had since planned vacation. Won't take all 3 appts same day. Day of my cleaning, I get delayed and despite calling they won't wait 5 minutes for my appt. This place is terrible. Don't do it.
Worst place to go! They messed up my tooth, they never have the same dentist ( I think cuz they cant keep any of their employees) they are currently trying to bill me for something that never happened. The office people are nice until you have to talk money then they are sooooooo shady. I have called several times during business hours, never picks up the phone. This is the first time I’ve ever felt truly comfortable at a dentist appointment! The assistant was so amazing with making small talk and having genuine conversation with me. The dentist himself was so communicative and showed me my xrays while talking through everything he was seeing. Most dentists just look privately and then tell you “you have cavities” but he even went so far as to draw pictures and I want to express how appreciative I am of such a wonderful environment, I have never experienced it before!
First appt 2 hours and got temp crown. Made less painful with shots and kind hands. Second appt was much faster getting perm crown. Feels wonderful now.
