srt up appointment. 4 months ago to have teeth pulled had a contract for 2000. and now they said once i was there they dont take my insurance and wanted 4000. very rude i dont recommend anyone to go there . patty kent
Before my appointment to have six teeth extracted; I was only informed that I could not eat or drink eight hours prior to the procedure. I was not told that I am required to have my ride stay in the waiting for an hour while I am having this done. I was not told how much this would overall, only that I have to pay $25 out of pocket, I am confused about why am receiving a bill in the mail when my insurance should be covering the rest of the expenses. Waste of time coming into Gentle Dental today. I normally have no problem here. Today they failed to infom me that my insurance wasn't going to cover my cleaning. I apparently qualified for some HOW program that suppose to cover your cleaning for the rest of the year and give you more benefits which was explained to me by my hygienist Carly. This is hard to write because the dentist I saw, along with his assistant, were very nice people. I am super disappointed because I was told I needed a filling, I went in to have the filling done (with no pain what so ever), and I left with the pain of a life time. It has now been a full week since this appointment and I am still in pain. He hit a nerve as well as didn't make my tooth the same shape it was when I walked in. While the staff was all very nice, the end result is much less than satisfactory. My permanent crown fell off in less than a year, and I had to go back in and get it attached again. It has been about two weeks, AND IT HAS FALLEN OFF AGAIN. While I would think this place is fine for a cleaning, I wouldn't bother going in for anything major.
