Hello my name is Alisha Perry and this is my first time ever writing a review but I really felt the need to do so, So for years I have a had bad experiences at dental offices and my my experience at Gentle Dental as been the best ever. When I stepped through the door Lana, Amanda, Melanie, Carli, and Dr. Nguyen were so helpful. I am usually nerves and scared and they were so gentle and explained every step with me. They were all so polite. I had a very good experience and will be referring friends and family.

I recently had a filling done after not going to the dentist for over 10 years (Terrible, I know). I was pretty nervous to go! The front desk staff were very nice and I got checked in quickly. Maybe waited 5 minutes to go back and the assistant listened to my concerns and was reassuring. The dentist came in a few minutes later and numbed me, which was surprisingly not bad! I was looking for a place that was in network for my dental insurance. I looked through the providers and found Gentle Dental. Dr. Brewer (at this location) had so many great reviews. So I thought I would check it out. So glad I did!! Dr. Brewer was amazing! And so was the entire staff. When I first arrived -the staff was so nice. They don't even know when they have a doctor there to actually do your visit..... Had an appointment at 8 am, took off work, for the appointment. When I got there the door was locked and no answer to any phone, then I called to see what was wrong later and the girl put me on hold for what seemed like forever then the new person was rude and didn't have any answer as to why my appointment was scheduled for when they were not open..... The building is old and not very clean looking. The front desk staff is super unfriendly over the phone. I was charged for X-rays when I did not receive them and was also charged an extra "fee" when the dentist was the one to clean my teeth because they were short handed and didn't have a hygienist on staff. I called to get an explanation on this and she kept changing her reasoning for the dentist fee which was confusing and not helpful.
