I must give some credit to the fact that after my previous review and bad experience with the front desk clerks at Gentle Dental I was contacted by the business manager and she was very nice and she confirmed that I was exactly right and my insurance covers my cleaning and x-rays twice a year. She apologized for the situation and said they would be having a team meeting about it and offered to reschedule my appointment. I really appreciated her kindness and understanding.

So I went in here in February for some fillings on the right side of my mouth. I had no pain at all on that side but the dentist wanted to replace some old fillings. After that visit pain never went away, I called back and scheduled an appointment to find out what's going on, I had to wait a few weeks to get in and now I was told that the dentist that replaced my fillings didn't align my bite properly and the tension on my bite has caused an abscess and now I need to pay over a thousand dollars for a root canal.... so no pro... read more

NEVER GO TO GENTLE DENTAL IN MWC. I went there with a broken tooth. Even though I had dental insurance, they charged me up front. Then they also filed a claim with my dental insurance. I had to demand my money be returned. They wanted to keep it for future dental work. Their work wasn't even good. I went back twice to get that tooth out.

Told them last time AND again last week im not doing ANYTHING unless its covered through insurance. Walk in today...ok that will be $173. Then I was told that is your treatment plan and i said NO thats YOUR treatment plan to raise MY fees! Shady practices to raise their profits, DO NOT LISTEN to their patients, and now Im looking for a new dentist!

I'm scheduled @ 3:00pm, I've waited for 45 minutes before I was seen. Nobody says anything. The customer service sucks!

My family and I have only been to this dentist office for one visit. Before we left from our appointment, we were told that we had to pay for X-rays that our insurance didn't cover. We paid the amount and left. We get a letter a few months later that had the amount for X-rays on it as well as telling us if we didn't pay the balance within 10 days we would be turned over to collections. We tried to tell them over the phone that we already paid for the X-rays as well as asking the office manager call us back, which they didn't... read more
