Absolutely the worst! They make seniors get needless surgical procedures for potential implants. That talk you in getting bone implants to re-enforce the gum for implants then send you to Dr Hwang for implant planning. He says there is nothing he is capable to do implants…find some other prostidonist….Gentle Dental is incapable….they ROBBED my Insurance and left my whole right side incapable of any mastication (chewing). I went for dental exam, x-rays (regular & a panoramic) & cleaning. Had to return to have a "baby cavity" filled & a sharp edged tooth filed down. The dentists cavity description not mine. So I went back for the filling. The dentists assistant put something on a cotton swab and said this would numb my gums. Very soon afterwards I started having breathing problems. I asked for water. I've been working with this company for 3 years on implants, PD $22K and I don't have teeth that work. I was promised they would fix and replace at no charge. Now they have all new employees and they are reneging on their promise and of course, all the documentation is missing from my file.
