RecommendedMy experience was a wonderful one. The staff is very friendly. My appointment was 2 hours long. They took their time even though it was 30 minutes past the closing time. Jasmine was very professional and friendly as well as Dr. Mangam. I would highly recommend this office

I am a patient of Gentle Dental Wakefield who happened to be closed today because of an Italian Festival My one day old temp crown fell off and I tried everything to get it back on myself. No luck! Just walked into Peabody Main St Dental Gentle and WOW! Beverly greeted me with a smile even though they were crazy busy introduced me to the Docter and in 10 minutes had me in with a wonderful Hygienist 10 minutes I was happily on my way. Dr. G and some of the staff (Aurora and Charlene?) were phenomenal. I’m sure all the staff are, but that’s who I had the most contact with. I would absolutely give full confidence in recommending Dr.G and Gentle Dental of Peabody. Some of the best customer service, if not the best, I’ve ever experienced in my life. And of course, some of the best dental work too!

Very professional employees. They provide good care to your teeth to prevent problems from occurring.
I was absolutely satisfied with my experience here. I was waiting for a long time to go to the dentist. There was no judgement like other places. The front desk, billing dep, dental assistant and dentist were caring, patient, compassionate and professional. They have me full amount of information to make decisions.
