The dentist and receptionist were extremely professional and caring. Provided great consultation information and were very kind with their service delivery. I had an excellent experience with this dental office.
This rating is based on the customer service received at the office. Patients value the importance of being able to communicate concerns that require same day attention. Tandeep has been exceptional in juggling front desk, managing billing inquiries as well as handling patient phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. One suggestion is: extra staffing should be provided during busy office hours.
I have used Gentle Dental since 2021. Their service has always been friendly, courteous and prompt. The dentist, Orthodontist, and hygienist are top notch, and provide excellent dental care.
We have been getting all our families dental needs taken care of since 2018…But in recent couple years things have not been smooth sailing. Although I wish they had a patient portal that can make making appointments and check other details much much easier. It is not very easy to get hold of the front desk staff. We got a msg saying that we have an ortho appointment and once we turn up we are told you didn’t book an appointment with us…it is frustrating.
Always a good cleaning, front desk always has the insurance checked/confirmed, and appointments always on time. Same lead doctor/dentist at this location for 5 or more years, who is very professional and personable.
