I had some billing issues with this dental clinic. However, after bringing it to their attention, they were able to fix it. The front desk staff was great—they were helpful in getting this resolved, and I appreciate their assistance.
I’m very disappointed with the billing practices of this clinic. Despite not receiving any services recently, I keep getting bills from them. I’ve tried reaching out to resolve the issue and support person agreed there should not be any bill for me to pay, despite that I keep getting emails for bill payment.
