I really enjoy this office! As someone who has dentist anxiety, I’ve never felt uncomfortable. The staff and dentists are very friendly. I just had an extraction done and the doctor and assistant were very kind and made the experience easy!
I have been visiting Gentle Dental Redmond for the last 5 years and I am very pleased with the service they provide. My dentist Dr. Zainvi and my dental hygienist Ala pay attention to details and provide me with the right guidance. My family has also switched to the Redmond branch of Gentle Dental now.
@WOMEN Both dentist and dental assistants that helped with my wisdom teeth removal already left this office, but procedures on giving patients antibiotics after wisdom teeth removal needs to be taken seriously with patients. I’m very disappointed with the billing practices of this clinic. Despite not receiving any services recently, I keep getting bills from them. I’ve tried reaching out to resolve the issue and support person agreed there should not be any bill for me to pay, despite that I keep getting emails for bill payment. Due to an insurance change, my partner and started going to Redmond Gentle Dental. I was told that all my childhood fillings needed replacement, and that my partner needed a crown.
