I really enjoy this office! As someone who has dentist anxiety, I’ve never felt uncomfortable. The staff and dentists are very friendly. I just had an extraction done and the doctor and assistant were very kind and made the experience easy!
I’m very disappointed with the billing practices of this clinic. Despite not receiving any services recently, I keep getting bills from them. I’ve tried reaching out to resolve the issue and support person agreed there should not be any bill for me to pay, despite that I keep getting emails for bill payment. I had some billing issues with this dental clinic. However, after bringing it to their attention, they were able to fix it. The front desk staff was great—they were helpful in getting this resolved, and I appreciate their assistance.
I debated for a while before deciding to write this, but ultimately I feel guilty whenever I drive by Gentle Dental now because I know I should at least try to warn people. Due to an insurance change, my partner and started going to Redmond Gentle Dental. I was told that all my childhood fillings needed replacement, and that my partner needed a crown.
