Check-up - Cleaning The hygenist was great. Sad to hear Dr. Chan is leaving.
Fitting of crowns The crown fitting was painless. The doctor was patient with me as was his assistant. Going to a dentist is not as scary for me esp with the friendly staff in Gentle Dental.
Great Service Everyone at the Redmond office is very friendly and mindful of the patients. The try very hard to get you in on time and out in your estimated appointment time. I get very anxious when I go to the dentist and they are very patient and do everything they can to make you comfortable and work efficiently.
Very caring staff Both the doctor and his assistant were patient and answered all my questions, allayed my fears and in general just helped me through the painful crown work for 2 teeth.
Friendly and Fast Great service--both the dental hygienist and the dentist were friendly and efficient.
The Best... Once again your employees have proven to be the best. They are friendly, courteous, and at the same time very professional and know what to do to get the job done. If you haven't given them all pay raises since I last submitted a reveiw now is the time. You do not want to lose one of them.
