I’m 55 and was noticing movement of my teeth making me feel self conscious and hiding my teeth when I smiled or talked, which brought me to Dr. Slivka. Being in braces at this age seemed out of norm. He helped me in more ways than just straightening my teeth. I had symptoms of headaches, dizziness and ringing in my ear from TMJ that I wasn’t aware I had. My journey with my braces was amazing and time went by so fast. My doctors were very sweet, made me feel comfortable, and I enjoyed my time with them. I remember when we first started off with my braces we were at a different location, and we would listen to music and sing while I had my appointment. The helped me earn a beautiful smile that I will start showing off because of how straight they are.
I want to thank the DR Slivka team for giving me an amazing smile. My vertigo is completely gone. The frenectomy provided me better enunciation and my gag reflex is non existent. In addition to an amazing smile I have my health back!

They team here is absolutely amazing! They change how they act depending on every patient and that allows them to create a better relationship! They make every single one of their patients feel right at home. They are super quick when it comes to changing bands! Dr. Slivka did a laser treatment on me and it healed up super quick and basically got rid of my gag reflex and made my tongue longer! 10/10 recommend to anyone! I had braces as a teen and had four teeth removed. My teeth slanted inward, and over the years I developed migraines. I also did not wear my retainer and my teeth spread apart. Dr Slivka told me he could cure my migraines, and I was skeptical. Well I am happy to report after a year of orthodontia, I have not had a migraine in months and went off my medication. Definitely worth the investment.
I suffered from severe tension headaches as well as neck and shoulder pain for a long time. I sought out treatment from a neurologist who prescribed me medication that made me feel more sick. I explained my symptoms to Dr. Slivka and he was very thorough with his explanation of treatment and how it would help my symptoms. After 4-6 weeks, no more pain and headaches went away.
