Visiting the dentist isn't on my bucket list, but I find all of the staff friendly, eager to address all my issues, and always provide me with thorough information. My last visit was for a cleaning and Shelly, dental hygienist and her assistant were great. I actually enjoyed the visit and left with a smile.
The gals up front always greet you kindly. The last two appointments they actually got me in ahead of my !!appointment time. Genital Dental is a great place to get your dental needs taken care of. 😁Dr.Joseph does a great job and the DA gals are awesome
I was pleasantly surprised by this office! Everyone was super kind and reassuring. The dentist is a high anxiety ordeal for me sometimes and everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist really put me at ease. The one drawback is like everyone else they have a dental hygienist shortage so if you're looking for a cleaning it'll be at least a few month wait.
The receptionist was friendly and courteous. The dental assistant was also extremely helpful and emphatic. I struggle from aniexty and have a hard time seeing any doctor. So they made it a pleasant experience for me. The dental doctor wasn't pleasant at all. Very short I have problems with my gums and mentioned it was painful for me when he examined my gums. He said "it's to be expected" no sense of consideration. HORRIBLE experience. I've always been treated with respect. Especially with my condition. So this was a let down... read more
We have been coming to gentle dental for a long time now for my daughter. We do the dental and the orthodontist. We have had nothing but fantastic experiences. She used to be terrified of the dentist because her first appointment they were so rough with her and then we tried gentle dental, and they were so kind And funny that it helped open her up .
