I am so happy with this practice. I had a very bad experience that scared me away from dental care for years but gave these people a try and I'm so glad I did! From the initial consultation, to 2 teeth filling, to a cleaning, to a tooth extraction, they kept me comfortable at all times. I would say that you should avoid this place. Let me walk you through my day here: -No one was at the front desk when I got there or for a while -Had an eval -Was told to go to waiting room to wait for my cleaning -Front desk person leaves -Delivery person and root rooter people come for appointments they have and have frustration about the lack of knowledge by the staff as to what they called them to do. Super cute vibes. The hygienist Shelly is definitely one of the girls. Love her professionalism and little braid she wears to work. Stephanie at the front desk is friendly and super helpful. Heather took my X-Rays and was so quick and fun, she let me take a picture of the X-ray of my skull!
My experience With the office was amazing. But my hygienist Jenny, was a 10 star rating. Not only her professionalism, but her ability to calm me down and make my experience. Top-notch was Remarkable. I have requested her to do my second cleaning and look forward to the next one coming up here in a few weeks. You can tell Jenny likes doing what she’s doing by the way she handled Her patient,me ! Keep up the good work Jenny!!!!! 10+
Phenomenal service since I walked in, Tina and Sarah greeted me and got taken care of less than five minutes! Debbie was my dental hygienist for the day and was AMAZING! From talking about my teeth to my service. Thanks again and I’ll be back in 6 months!
