Fantastic visit! I saw Dr Sylvia Jimenez, and she is WONDERFUL! She did a cavity repair and the numbing shots were PAINLESS, yes, painless. I couldn't believe it! She had done such a thorough exam on me previously, that she knew exactly how to take care of me. I'm so impressed with her and will go nowhere else except Gentle Dental Washington. Tremendous thanks!
Been taking my kiddo here for a while now. Quick appointments, they do great with my son and are always friendly! He doesn’t fear the dentist like he used to! Highly recommend this location!
Our experience at the dental office was fine. The staff were welcoming, professional and polite. Obtaining our appointments was an ordeal. I obtained an email address from the general 800 number to send the referral. I sent it and heard nothing back for weeks. I called to follow up and they informed me that they no longer use that email. Why does it still work then? Then I asked our dentist to resend the referral to the new email address they gave me. Dr. Douglas and his assistant Vanessa did an incredible job with my kiddo! She left her visit with as happy as could be and pain free! The front desk, Stephanie and Genesis, were very helpful in making sure I knew what my cost was for my visit! Thank you all for the great experience!
Had my initial visit double booked twice. Arrived at the office both times to find out on the day of my apt. that it had been canceled. I was not properly notified (called). Had to take time of work for these… really bad business practices here. That said, switching dental practices.
