I love gentle Dental the staff is always very nice and communicative Ms.Shelly was very quick with my cleaning and did a great job making sure my teeth was cleaned properly I really enjoy Ms.Shelly cleaning my teeth she doesn’t cause pain nor does my cleanings hurt and her assistant Bell was extremely polite aswell thank u Gentle Dental
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been so frustrating and drawn out that I feel obligated to warn others. Gentle Dental completely mishandled my partner’s partial, and the consequences have been ongoing for months. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a painful, stressful ordeal. Today I had a poor experience not because of my dentist but because of the supervisor that approached me today. Her name is Genesis A. Wow, this place is unbelievable. They are really pathetic. Didn’t get a call back. It’s been a week and a half almost 2 weeks since I talked to the supervisor there her name is Genises talk to her on the 16th. Actually she told me she would call me right back once again failed I don’t know what it is. I don’t know why I keep getting pushed to the side.
