I would say that you should avoid this place. Let me walk you through my day here: -No one was at the front desk when I got there or for a while -Had an eval -Was told to go to waiting room to wait for my cleaning -Front desk person leaves -Delivery person and root rooter people come for appointments they have and have frustration about the lack of knowledge by the staff as to what they called them to do -Still waiting (45 min) for cleaning... cops come in and field a report for something that happened and tell the staff wor... read more

I don't usually leave reviews but I do not recommend this place to anyone. I was a new patient and the day of my appointment I was stuck in traffic and called twice 30 minutes before my appointment to let them know I'd be a little late. No one answered the phone and I got there 10 minutes late, where they said they couldn't see me anymore. I then had to reschedule for the following week where I showed up 10 minutes early. I usually don't leave reviews, but the experience I had here was so memorably horrible and I don't want others to experience it. Dr. Del Togno Armanasco talked down to me, and at one point told me to shut up- he tried to laugh it off but it was so dismissive and unprofessional. He was barely paying attention while repairing some cavities and seemed to want to socialize with his assistants more than provide care to his patients. This place is a joke! I've been trying to get my two kids seen here for the last 9 months, they keep rescheduling the apt.Today after waiting 4 1/2 months for there apt. we were turned away because I was 6 min late, mind you the damn apt was at 7 AM! WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE !! and we were turned away. my kids have dental pain and can't even see there dentist because this place is such a JOKE!! We took my son for simple dental cleaning appointment and were charged more than $200 for it even though we have insurance and they have it on file. We were told by office staff that our insurance would likely not cover the preventative care and therefore, they would charge us, without even checking with our insurance (which I called insurance and was told that it's a 100% covered service). Great Dentist but Office Staff & Manager NOT so good. Estimate was ZERO, turned out to be about $1500 out of pocket. Called 7-8 times and was told not to pay the bill they were working with the Insurance Company and would call me back, that has NEVER happened. Communication between this Office and Accounting in Vancouver Washington is terrible. I was turned over for collections for the first time in my life.
