I was far from home when I fell and landed on my face, knocking out one tooth entirely and breaking several others. The emergency service I received after this traumatic injury was superb, from the reception staff to Valentina the dental assistant to Dr Timothy Manning. Staff are all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Dr. Manning always seems happy and the hygienists really put the "gentle" in gentle dental, making sure you are comfortable. They are incredibly informative, offering tips and advice. We enrolled in their dental plan and feel like we get great savings out of it. There are also frequent great incentives and bonuses like whitening kits and power toothbrushes offered and doesn't everyone want to feel like they are getting a bonus? I have fallen in love with my dentist! Dr.Howe is extremely patient, friendly and fantastic at what he does. The staff is friendly and very helpful, especially when it comes to insurance coverage &billing. I have seen many dentists and rate Dr.Howe &Gentle Dental of Wilsonville at the top.

Dr. Thomas is no longer here, but I've seen Dr. Shih once and Dr. Herrera twice and they are both good, she is excellent and very thorough. Mary, the dental hygienist, is thorough and very helpful. Everyone I have interacted with here has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the care has been top-notch.

This office is extremely unprofessional and I had a very disappointing experience. My daughter has a severe infection in her mouth, and we had an important appointment scheduled to address it. I explained to the office that I live about 45 minutes away and that I had to pull my daughter out of high school and pick up my younger daughter to make it on time. I've been going to this facility for 10 years and it's gone downhill quite a bit since Covid. Dr. Richardson is fantastic; unfortunately, everything else is extraordinarily disorganized. When I went this week the assistant said I was due for x-rays, yet no one did them. Then she had issues with the water machine. Then she said the dentist wouldn't be able to see me for my exam, which was half the reason I was there. Then she said he would be able to see me. I would never recommend this gentle dental. Granted they are a convenient location and accept even the rarest of insurances. But I went in there for my scheduled cleaning, and at the time their newest employee helped me, she was super nice but I'm not sure if she used dirty tools or what but after my appointment I got super super sick. I thought I had covid so I went to urgent care. They will charge you for things they don't do. They don't know how to get the billing right even though the insurance company called them twice and tried to explain what they need to do, and in the end you wind up paying for it. Enough said, I will never go there again!
