Please read the negative reviews on here. They are true to fact. Staff is very nice and polite however their billing practices is trash. This place will continuously over charge you, pretend to give you a credit that never occurs only to over charge you again during your next visit. If you enjoy paying more than your cost and arguing with staff over billing charges this is the place for you!
For 3 years Gentle Dental was my family and mines dentist. Also for 3 years we struggled with billing issues, incompetence, and frustration that seemed to come with each of my own visits as well as my families. Being open with the office staff at the time of these issues only generates a canned apology from a person I assume is the office manager. My son was 18 and went in for a check up. He had no cavities, and had been going to the dentist twice a year. He had the misfortune of choosing this dentist. They gave him very expensive x-rays, fluoride treatment, and charged over $100 of what insurance would pay. I called and asked why they gave him such stuff, because he didn't need it, but the person was short with me. I refused to pay, and now he has debt collectors bugging him. Dentist was super friendly, but the dental assistant who cleans teeth is not great. The people up front are just office people who are there for computer processes and are at different location when needed.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I went to get my teeth cleaned and met with Dr. Manning after a full set of x-rays. He then proceeded to tell me I could not have my teeth cleaned without getting deep cleaning first and insisted that I go right over to the hygentist and get shot full of novocaine and get this deep cleaning done. When I said no, I just wanted my teeth cleaned and then I would schedule to have my deep cleaning done, he walked out of the room and made his assistant come back and tell me that Dr Manning said becaus... read more
