My interactions were primarily with Louis Capelli. He is knowledgeable, responsive and patient. Louis nearly always returned my calls within a few hours and kept me up to date on my loan application. This was my first time purchasing a house and it is a complicated process. Without so much support, I may have been tempted to give up.
From the very begining the duties and time frame on what Louis would do was delived as stated. All expectations were meet and some exceeded. Louis had a team to support him and me in getting the loan closed. My realtor Josie worked closely with Louis as he provided answers to any questions that I had. He moved quickly, he was punctual and reviewed everything with me when it was convenient for me. He set a target date to close and delivered 2 days early.
What I enjoyed most about working with Geoff Rooker and his team was the dependability and support the group offered. When they said that aspects of the loan process were going to be completed, they got done. Every member of the team was helpful and courteous. As a first time home buyer the process can be a little overwhelming but Geoff and his team helped make the process an easy transition. Thanks for all your help.

I contacted Geoff for my prequalification letter on Oct 20th, and he had our loan closed on November 7th. Geoff and his team are the only team I will ever use.
Geoff and Louis are the best. They were with me on this every step of the way. When I needed questions answered or was confused about anything there had an answer for me. Made the most stressful decision and journey of life so easy.
Everything went through very seamlessly with my VA loan and my first home buying experience was much eaiser than originally anticipated. I would recommend to others.
Luis is what made this whole experience great. He listened and kept me calm and positive throughout the entire process. He explained things to me instead of just rushing through things.
