I liked Dr. Futrall from right off. He made me feel comfortable and I felt like he really cared about me. I would recomend him to anyone needing a urologist. I think he is the best in the whole GA urology network.
I have had a couple of appointments to see Dr. Futral over the course of about 6 years. The quality of staff service has always been excellent from registration through preliminary workups. The staff is congenial an professional. Dr. Futral is always friendly with a pleasant disposition that keeps you at ease. He listens to concerns and provides well thought out recommendations and guidance. He is not rushed in his evaluations and explains the basis for his analysis.
I knew the minute Dr. Msezane walked into the examining room, about 10 short minutes after I arrived, that I had made a very good choice. By the end of the visit I was absolutely sure I had made the right choice. She is thorough, listened to everything I had to say. I have had an ongoing problem for years. Another urologist I had seen was much to busy to actually listen to what I had to say so my problem was never really addressed. In a very short time the problem was addressed and solved.
Dr Msezane is a very competent, caring physician. As her patient I've experienced complications that she accurately diagnosed and provided cure for it. Absolutely one of the best doctors in her specialty. She has a great team caring for the patients and has a follow up system second to none. Thanks Doc! imre szell
From check in to assistant and Dr. Msezane, I was very pleased with the courtesy and sense of care. Dr. Msezane was thorough and respected me by listening with thought and care.
My 5 year exam and review was as always, excellent. It began by asking me about any problems that i might be dealing with since i had surgery to remove a cancerous prostate. I have had none. Then she asked about my overall health. Lastly, how was the family. The whole person was discussed. That means a lot since men in general do not share a lot about themselves. Dr. Msezane makes it easy. I recommend her highly.
