Aside from the nightmare that was Ga Urology's administration, Dr Kemper seemed rushed and showed little interest in doing anything with care from the pre-procedure evaluation through the procedure itself. During a miscommunicated (thanks to their admins) post-op appointment, he retreated around a corner and basically had his nurse relay (while I could still hear him) that I was only to drop-off a specimen and didn't require an appointment instead of speaking with me in person. Left a urine sample on Aug 21, 2023 and called three times the following week to get results.. still nothing on Sept 1! Unacceptable.. very disappointing and not seemed to care.
Dr. Perfered talking about her gig. When she mentioned special fragrances and oils for alternative healing it make me feel awkward

I had a biopsy done and the resulting bills for the service came from the doctor, labs, other doctors and a billing hospitals that explained that they do the billing for the doctor. A previous biopsy by another doctor did not raise any concerns about the costs and as far as I remember was less than $100.00. The bill from Dr Futral is simply outrageous and I haven't even bothered to visit him for the results nor have I gotten a call from his office.
