Best experience ever for a monster jam really got crazy towards the end. Great job Only thing negative was the cost of the drinks and ice cream
If there was a star rate for a 0 I would put that. Where do I even begin? I desperately needed to bring my purse in but was forced to bring it back only to find several ladies be let in with their purses. My son had a wallet with a small chain on it so his wallet would be hooked on his pants so he wouldn't loose it. My husband had two guards to come in his face to let him know he couldn't bring it in. This was the absolute worst year yet and it wasn't because of the show, it was because of the dome. The clear bag policy was complete bull. It would be one thing if the bag check in was in the dome but no it was out in the street. That didn't make me feel like my belongings was safe but not only that one of the girls working the bag check in had a huge attitude and completely took my mood from excited and happy to pissed off. All in all I had a great time because I am a positive person by nature. With that being said the customer service was questionable. A smile once in a while from a cashier would have been nice, especially when we spend so much money. When I was buying a souvenir cup and the cheese steak place, they didn't tell me that they were out of them and just give me a large paper cut and told me that was a souvenir cup.
