Was at the Dome yesterday and received a Facebook survey today!!..Why does it really matter it's about to be torn down!!!
The seating space is ridiculous and uncomfortable especially when u have to walk dwn a whole row to get to your seats.... and find that a whole group of ppl are seating in your seats... had to be moved to other seats...not a good 1st experience

We were there to attend Monsterjam with our 3 kids (ages 8, 5, and three months). We were sitting up in the level 307 section and there was a fire which created lots of smoke. The smoke was so bad that the employees were wearing a dust mask and the smell was terible. The situation was not handled well and we left. We were only able to watch half the show. Staff- not helpful, they don't allow purses. They lost my daughters purse at the purse check. Then told her that they hope that she learned her lesson. Parking sucks. Train service is not much better.
Attended the Monster Jam event on Saturday and was not allowed down to Pit Party at 4:45 as well as others. I had Pit Passes!! Very disappointed and probably will not come back again for this event!!
