Pleasant and helpful staff when arriving but after graduation they would not allow people to return from the direction in which they came inside the building. This was an absolute atrocity to make elder folks and women wearing heels to walk a concrete path now with stairs and in the heat, instead of inside on carpeted floor and escalators. Even elderly folks had to literally BEG to be let inside to walk in comfort. All this to end up at a single escalator with the Up direction not operational. SHAMEFUL!!!!

It was a great event but for a first timer the signage was awful. For example - directions to registration entities and signage regarding where the courts were

The 2018 Auto show could have been a lot better. No classic cars this year. Some of the car manufacturers didn't show up. Hardly any prototype cars. They are selling Rvs and 5th wheel campers. I may have to start going back to Detroit to get a glimpse of what the future is gonna look like.

Take better care of your bathrooms, please. Food too expensive.

Good facility but when things break, like escalators, it seems to take a lot of time for the facilities staff to react. When having large events like Cheersport there should be staff in site to handle mechanical issues. Lord knows everything here is overpriced at least take care of the place.

I've been to the Congress Center MANY times- I had Cheersport competitions here every hear for almost 10 years with no problems. However, this past weekend I was at this venue for the Bassnectar NYE concert. The doors opened at 6:30- we arrived at 8:30... and let me just say it was an absolute mess. Over 21,000 people were here for this show, and only 10 people (at MAX) were working security to check tickets and bags. It was an absolute sea of people, and took over 2 hours to even get in. But it didn't end there. At the very... read more
