The signage was horrible and it made getting around difficult. The staff were not attentive and not responsive to questions. Clearly they didn't like the librarians as they only paid attention to the football game attendees on that day completely ignoring our conference and, I'm sure, violating terms of our contract. After witnessing "event staff" manhandle a woman who was no threat in front of her small children in hall B2 (exit doors)...I'm so disappointed
Very clean, and security staff was good with directions, but one of our seats( section #321) had an obstructed view , blocked by a wall
Too cold, too hot and utterly poorly laid out. This venue needs to rethink how it accommodates conferences.
I attended the Walking Dead convention with my daughter. It was clean and I enjoyed the con. I read previous reviews so I wore comfy walking shoes, took snacks and water, and a light jacket because I get cold easily. Security was always nearby. We knew where we were going because we stopped by the night before to check out the floor plan. Do your research and have fun.
The center is huge! It' s also a bit overwhelming with regards to not being easy to get from one place to another. The escalators broke down at one point and so then you have to take the stairs. There was a lot of walking to get from one building to the next. On a good note, I liked the fact that there were a lot of restrooms and rest areas and the center was very clean.
