I needed a new car, but was buried in the loan on my current one. The folks at Germain were amazing, from Mike Banton, the salesman, to Dan, the technical expert who taught me how to use the car, to LaDonshay, the super fun finance man, I felt peaceful and happy throughout the entire process. These guys found a way to get me in a brand new car, and took the old one off my hands!! I am so grateful and blessed!

As a whole company, I don’t recommend this place at all. I recently purchased my car there and I liked our salesperson, James. After we decided to purchase a specific car, things started to go down hill from there. We returned the next day to sign papers since James didn’t want us waiting long. We were given a different salesperson, Steve, who helped us sign for the car. Honestly he didn’t “sell” me anything but they still consider him a person that sold it to us... Went there because we found a good deal on a used car. We went through our bank for financing before we even left. So, the price had already been agreed upon, and we had a check in hand. All we had to do was make sure everything right before we signed papers. We got there and they had it ready for us. when I opened the passenger door there was soda that had been splashed on the door from the previous owner. I was later told that it was never detailed. We had a wonderful experience with all involved at Germain Nissan in Columbus. We worked with Mike Ryba and he did not disappoint. He was kind, friendly, helpful and an all around great guy to help buy a new car. After driving hundreds of miles and being burned by two other car dealerships to find the car I wanted, my father and I found Mike at Germain. He was a breath of fresh air. We had a great experience at Germain Nissan. Everyone there was very friendly. They worked with what I said I was willing to pay. Carl was the salesman we dealt with, and I feel like he really went above and beyond for us. We drove 2.5 hours to get this car just because of the customer service!

Daniel McCormick, our salesman, was awesome! He helped me find the perfect car for me at the right payment. Everyone was very friendly (Dan, John, and Ralph).
