I absolutely love my RX 350 Lexus I bought from Germain Nissan. The salesman Eric wasn't pushy and worked with me to get me the payment I could afford. I would definitely do business at this location again!
The service manager, Greg, was pleasant and responsive. I pulled up in my car, waited for ~15 seconds before he arrived to check with me. (I had scheduled an "appointment" on-line, a relatively simple process.) The check-in process with Greg was painless and quick. Since I was waiting, I was told it would be "a few hours" -- yikes! -- and was directed to the waiting area. Donovan - Excellent Customer Service! Needed to purchase a replacement vehicle in January. The process from A-Z was made extremely easy. We had the good fortune to meet Donovan! He was able to accommodate our schedule for a test drive on a early Saturday afternoon. During the test drive he answered all of our questions, was enthusiastic and engaging. Went the other day for routine service on our Rogue which we have brought here a few times and the service team is always great. We looked into new cars and Vann was such a huge help and gave us a ton of information. He went above and beyond to get us our new Sentra. We appreciate the team at Germain so much and will always come back thanks to Vann and the team he had supporting him. Keep up the great work!
Maverick and the team at Germain Nissan did an excellent job. I'm an out-of-state buyer who found the vehicle online. He was quick to respond and answered all my questions by phone. I sent a friend in Columbus to look at and test drive the vehicle; Maverick very patiently went through the whole checklist I had sent with my friend.
