We were very happy with our salesperson, Megan Burden. She answered all our questions and Andrew was awesome. This is the second car we have bought from this dealership. We were very satisfied with everyone we dealt with and would do it again.
I purchased a car from Gerry Wood Kia and was helped by their Sales Consultant, Josh Smith. He listened to what a wanted and made helpful recommendations. The experience was pleasant and simple!! I am thrilled with my 2016 Kia Soul. I would definitely recommend Gerry Wood and would suggest that you ask for Josh for a no-pressure, fun car buying experience.
The salman was very nice. He listen an understanding when I was picking out a car.. First day with loan person was very upsetting. Mr. Johnson was a very nice loan person. My wife and I purchased a 2016 Kia Sportage and have been very pleased. The experience we have had in the past buying cars was shall we say stressful, take all day, demanding. Bonnie Cress is the sales person that we went through to purchase our 2015 Kia Sorrento. It was the last new 2015 Sorrento that they had on the lot at the time.Since they had several 2016 models they needed to move this one out.
