I have dealt with this dealership twice now with another in between. Glad to be back with Gerry Wood Kia! My salesman was Jake. He did a great job! We also brought the car in today to have a part replaced that we knew about when we bought the car. The service department was awesome as always!!
We were extremely pleased with our experience with at Gerry Wood Kia. I had a wonderful experience at Gerry Wood Kia. The salesman Jake was wonderful. I told him what I was wanting to spend and he did not try to pressure me into something more expensive. He showed me how to work all the gadgets on my new Kia Soul. He even made sure and hook my Bluetooth up to my car. When it comes to electronics I am not to swift on them. Everyone from Tammy Foy, Hoyt and the many service people we met through out our purchase of our new 2012 Kia Forte EX. Tammy went above and beyond customer expectations.
