Ben King at Gershman Mortgage was so wonderful to work with!! My husband and I purchase our first home this spring, and when we started the process, we were so nervous about making a mistake on such a big purchase. Ben was great from start to finish! Easy to work with, answered all my first time home buyer questions. We just didn't close on time; we made it close on time! Lots of little details along the way to navigate from the VA, to being self employed, and closing long distance because we are relocating to Mo. Thanks much Ben!

Simply put, Ben treated us like family. He handled our loan process every step of the way. That's not to say, we didn't choose him without looking at other options. We made him earn the business, and that he did. His customer service was first class, and his offer was the most competitive we received. He kept us up-to-date as the progress unfolded, and even pushed to move up our closing date. My wife and I would strongly recommend Ben for any mortgage needs. We are grateful for his help in making our dream home a reality.

I was a first time home buyer and Ben answered any questions I had. It didn't matter the time of day. We had also ran into a problem with another lender and Ben and his team fast tracked everything and got is in our new home! Thanks to everyone at Gershman Mortgage.

We started working with Ben in October of 2016. He explained everything to us. If we had a question, he had an answer. He explained everything that would happen at cloaing, so there weren't any surprises. After closing Ben even told us what to expect in the mail. He was so wonderful to work it, it made our buying a house experience GREAT!
