Ben was such a tremendous help throughout the entire process of buying my first home! Any time I had a question, he was a quick text or call away no matter what time it was. Very thorough and aware of what you need and when you need it. Highly recommend him to friends and family!

The first thing I took note of when working with Ben is his communication. When I asked a question, it was answered within minutes most occasions, even by email. It didn't matter if it was 10am or 10pm. In addition to the great customer service, he got us a great rate and made the process the easiest we had experienced (this is the 3rd home we have purchased). Ben met every expectation that we had going into the purchase of our new home. We had no surprises every thing was handled before it became a problem. If you are looking for a very good mortgage man, you need to get ahold of Ben King. He also saved me over $ 600.00 on my home owners insurance with his contacts that he has. Excellent to deal with! Very professional. This was my 1st home purchase & I had lots of questions. Ben was extremely patient & helpful & made sure all my questions & concerns about financing options, payment options, interest rates, were addressed in a timely manner. Ben came to my house after hours, sat down with me, went through the various loan programs and found the very best fit for me based on the purchase price of my home and my down payment. I got a very competitive rate and was able to lock in right before the rates went up. I will definitely use him and Gershman again.

Ben was very friendly and accommodating. He was never pushy or put out when we asked questions. He always made himself available and even came to our home on several occasions. I felt he had our best interest in mind and he was forthcoming. I would recommend him to any friend.

I never give someone perfect ratings but this guy completely earned it! Ben was on top of things from beginning to end, always in contact and providing updates along the way. Honest, professional and very punctual. I would highly recommend him to my closest friends and family.

Ben is an excellent person to work with when financing your home. He is extremely responsive to any and all questions and is extremely knowledgeable of the entire financing process. Additionally he is very easy to work with and keeps you in the loop during the entire process from first contact to the closing. He even spotted a error in my closing papers that was missed by everyone else. I highly recommend him.
