Chris Brown was my loan officer and i couldnt of asked for anybody better than Chris and his team my wife and i are now living in our new home thanks to Chris and him team and i strongly believe if it wouldnt have been for them helping me with getting my home i would not be living there today. Joe worked very hard for my mom and myself. We were constantly having to jump hurdles but Joe never missed a one. We weren't the typical home buyers but we managed. When you choose Joe P., which I reccomend you do, give him your budget and your payment maximum before you start looking. Take the time to get a preapproval before you look at the first house. That way you aren't disappointed if a house is outside your comfort zone. He listened and we changed our address not our lifestyle.

This is our second loan experience with Ben. To phrase is simply, he goes beyond my expectations related to communication and execution. Ben was always quick to respond to all questions (whether important or trivial on my part), and was completely flexible with our sporadic schedules as nurses during this crazy time. We have already made the choice to use Ben a second time, and would not hesitate to use him again if necessary in the future!

Cindy is incredibly responsive, and personable. She is extremely knowledgeable about different options for loans, and makes sure that you are getting the best options available. The entire process felt like working with a long time friend, and not a transaction. I will absolutely use Cindy over and over again in the future.
