Joe and his team were very responsive and knowledgeable about our refinance. They were pleasant to work with and I would recommend refinancing with them.
Joe was there every step of the way. We were able to get the right answers from him immediately when needed. He saved us tons of money by informing us that some things we were asked to pay for was not needed. If we couldn’t get ahold of him, his calls were returned within that next half hour or less.
Mrs. Sullivan was a respectful punctual loan officer. She answers calls and emails text messages, Monitor the case carefully and stay on track for any notice or changes. Easy to work with for buying new house. Open for any suggestions. Highly recommend Her. When she is not in her office due to her day off, her manager made sure to provide any service. It was great working with Mrs. Sullivan and her great team.
Joe was super easy to work with during our first time getting our home! Definitely recommend and he answers any questions of the process! He also gave us a super sweet picture to hang in our home in the end. Very personable! Highly recommend!
Being a first time home buyer, I knew nothing. David walked me thru every step of the process. Communication was off the chart! He would call or text almost daily, keeping me informed of each step. He doesn't hold to the banking hours, he is available all hours I simply cannot say enough about how awesome this man is! It was a rough process, but he kept my determination up, in times i was ready to give up. On a score of 1-10, i seriously would give him a 100
