Troy was awesome! He was never pushy and when I told him that we needed to put everything on hold for a while, he did just that. Davids personal attention when you asked him a question he responded back within a acceptable time frame when we hit a bump in the road David kept persevering and got my loan approved a different way which was what I need to happen and it did. Megan was also a great assess to the process of my loan she would ask for the needed papers and when she needed more to complete my loan she would let you know immediately and was always kind and considerate when you had to call to ask her questions.
