This was my third time acquiring a mortgage and buying a home in less than 10 years and I can say without question this was the best experience. By far! Communication and support. The team was exceptional! I was always kept up to date. If there was a concern my wife and I were notified right away. Because of our agent finding the right home and his ability to interface with Gershman Lending we are now living in the home of our dreams.
My husband and I applied for 3 different pre-approvals for our home. Gershman received amazing reviews, and so we wanted to get one of our pre-approvals through them. We were assigned to Joe Poropat, and he was amazing during the pre-approval process. He was so friendly and helpful with any questions I had, and I felt like we could really trust him. I was kept informed every step of the way by Joe and his very competent staff. They provided answers to questions even before I had time to pose them myself.
Mattie fit my style in that she kept me in the loop the entire process. I like that I knew what was happening during the entire course of my loan. When she was out of town too she has been responsive in addition to having another loan officer as a point person. I think she is one of the best loan officers I have ever dealt with. Thanks!
