Not only did David lay everything out in the open for us, he explained in detail what every part of it meant and how it worked into the bigger mortgage picture. He also explained how to handle our credit score and we were able to raise them by over 70 points with his guidance. Bottom line is that he makes sure you understand everything that is going on.
