I just purchased a home near Springfield, Missouri while living in Kansas. The realtor and Ben King did most of the work, making the purchase pretty easy. I was sent forms that I could sign online. I was told what documents I needed and was able to send them in by email or text message. My mortgage was approved and I only needed to travel to Springfield once for the closing.
