I cannot say enough good things about Bryan Marx and his staff at Gershman Mortgage. All the people that helped me along the way at Gershman were top notch and never once did I feel uneasy. We made a trip to Missouri from California to look at property for our forever home without the foresight to bring a laptop. Luckily I persevered and was able to provide enough documentation through the use of my smart phone for Mr. Ives to process our loan application. Clifford made me feel so comfortable through the whole process! His response time was incredibly fast due to his vast experience and efficiency. We can confidently recommend Clifford Ives to anyone shopping a mortgage loan.
I worked with Ben in order to get my mortgage. He was very professional and always able to answer any questions I had at any time. He was always on top of things for me and kept me in track with the process when I got busy.
Jason and his team (Britney, Matie and Lisa) were fantastic to work with. They were open and honest through every step of the way. They stayed late on two separate Fridays to make sure my loan was on track and I would be able to close. Every single thing they said was 100% accurate and their customer service was amazing. As someone who was going to use a large national lender, I appreciated their hands on help every step of the way. I will certainly be using them as my lender for life!
