It couldn't have been easier. Getting the documents to them and receiving them was a breeze. Always professional though. Never acted as though I was bothering them. (even though I kept asking questions).
Joe made buying a home easier than we had expected. He answers questions in a way anyone can understand. Anytime we had a question, we were easily able to get ahold of someone on his team, or Joe himself. Joe told us early on, the estimated amount we would need at closing.
