My wife and I just bought our first house and Chelsey was there through every step. Her knowledge and patience was second to none, she answered any and all of our questions and was always available with our busy schedules. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Where do I even start? As a first-time home-buyer, it can pretty intimidating navigating through all the things. Brandon, and his team, were extremely communicative day and night. They always kept us, our realtor, and our sellers realtor in the loop on how things were going and what stage of the buying process we were in. I live two hours away, but it never felt like it. It couldn't have been easier. Getting the documents to them and receiving them was a breeze. Always professional though. Never acted as though I was bothering them. (even though I kept asking questions).

Joe made buying a home easier than we had expected. He answers questions in a way anyone can understand. Anytime we had a question, we were easily able to get ahold of someone on his team, or Joe himself. Joe told us early on, the estimated amount we would need at closing. As recommended by our real estate agent, we utilized Corey with Gershman Mortgage for the mortgage on our first home. Being a fellow Mizzou Alumni I knew we would be in good hands however Corey did go above and beyond for us. Corey was quick to respond, performing multiple monthly mortgage estimates on homes we were looking at and answered numerous questions we had as this was our first home we were purchasing. Always there when you needed him to answer your questions. Very thorough and always there to guide you through the financing process. Definitely recommend him for anyone looking to buy a home in St. Louis
