I’ve always heard how hard buying a home is. Gershman made the process extremely easy and educational. They helped me through the VA Process, the IFA Grant (Before I even brought it up!), and gave me a weekly checklist update. Every member of the staff was really friendly and very military friendly too! Without a doubt, I will direct everyone to Gershman like my dad did for me.
I couldn't get over how hard Melissa worked to get my loan closed. She answered all of my questions, was prompt with her responses, and really made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I now refer all of my clients to her and trust that she will take care of them the same way she did for me.
Jason was great to work with. He answered all my questions about my loan in a timely manner. As a first time home buyer this was a learning experience for me and he walked me through every question I had.
