David and his team put out a friendly, helpful and caring vibe. Being self-employed and owning another home, as I was trying to purchase this home, required extensive information and documentation. David, Megan, the Processer, Travis and the Underwriter worked diligently and in a timely manner to assist me in pulling off this loan.
