apparently they charge you 5 dollars if you don’t have your address up-to-date. They drained my savings and closed it without my acknowledgment. They denied my request to refund the money back and says there’s nothing they can do? Worst experience with a bank! never recommending this place to anyone.
This review is not a reflection on this particular location but the bank as a whole. #1 the extremely long hold times make it impossible to ask questions about anything. #2 When you actually do get through to a human they are rude and have not acknowledged any of my concerns. #3 god forbid you have an auto loan with them. I stopped by real quick to tell them I was gonna be late with my truck payment and my wife is gonna kill me and the teller Arielle Suarez went above and beyond to help me explaining that I has 14 days grace with no mark on credit and she even went ahead and explained to me how to make the payment she made an overall bad experience turn into a learning experience which was not what I expected we need more people in customer service like this young lady thank you Arielle
Created my account quickly and friendly. Got my bonus for creating an account very quick as well. I love the new logo and the bank staff are nice.
