I spoke with Sylvia during my talks of renewing electrical service with Gexa Energy. Sylvia was very knowledgeable of the plans offered and aided me in my decision to choose Gexa and actually directed me to a different plan than the one offered by Gexa. For that reason, I decided to stay with Gexa for another two years after my current contract expires.

He is a very knowledgeable employee that cared about me as a person and a valued customer. People like Zafar is why I renew my contract for another year. Great Job!! We need more customer service personnel like him. :-)
