Starting new service and the customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable of her product. It was explained to me very clearly and I was able to understand her, easy breezy set up.
Alex C was very professional and has such an intelligent demeanor - he spoke clearly and plainly to explain the service and the terms. So nice to hear someone speak so precisely.

I've used GEXA for two years and just renewed for two more years!... Wished I could have kept my exact same rates, but as everything has gone up, so has electricity cost. We survived the 2021 winter freeze. GEXA did not change our cost, did not add any surcharges that so many other companies did! GEXA is an upstanding company and I feel they took good care of us during this past year and a half of pandemic year ciaos and the winter unforgettable freeze!
