After a minor hiccup in trying to renew my plan and being transferred 3 times (about to be transferred again) I asked to speak to a supervisor. Needless to say, once I spoke to Yvette N. she was very helpful and accommodating with my questions. I was then called and talked to Alex C. and he was great in helping me setup my account without any problems. Thank you so much to Yvette N for helping me resolve the issue and get me great customer service with Alex C!

We chose Gexa because it's currently the cheapest rate that I see on the market as of this writing. We also wanted to know how much our annual consumption will be since we are first time homeowners without previous energy consumption history to look for. Gexa made our initial year easier for us. Kudos to Bryan (I forgot the last name) as well, as he made the sign-up very smooth! Everything is explained very well and Bryan was sooo patient with all my questions and very quick in processing my sign-up.
