Very pleased with Alex C located at the Houston Division of the company. I’m moving from out of state so being able to pick a company to provide electric service is new to me. Customer service was above and beyond. I am new to Texas and didn’t understand pricing tiers etc. my rep did a fantastic job of answering all of my questions. 45 minutes later I am a Gexa customer!

I responded to an email offer of a renewal plan that Gexa Energy felt would be a good fit for me based upon my usage during my 9 month contract that was coming to an end. Sylvia was helpful with a renewal. She answered all of my questions with a calm and pleasant tone. She didn't try to hurry me into a decision. I was a bit hesitant to sign up for a plan over the phone without looking at a fact sheet, but I took a leap of faith and did it.
