My call was handled very well and all questions answered.
I signed up my mother with Gexa Energy almost a year ago. She has not had any problems with electric service and I have not had any problems with customer service or handling payments through their website. Silvia handled everything for me last year and again today. I don’t think I have ever spoken with the same person at any electric company more than once. I have to say that was refreshing. All around it has been a good experience with Gexa Energy.
