The link to renew was not working properly so I had to call and spoke with Sylvia and she was helpful and did what I needed done. Overall it was pleasant experience on the call, I just wished the link online had worked.

Gexa rep was very helpful with answering my questions about renewal rate plans and more. She figured up an example of what a bill would be like on a certain plan using last month’s usage and suggested a plan that was close to my current rate.
Gexa has given me a low price per kWh for the last few years. I would recommend their 2-year fixed rate Plan.
