Kara was amazing at explaining the whole process of buying a house with us and keeping everyone on track. We were poised to to make an offer on our current house the same week we contracted her. She also negotiated us several fixes on the house that had a 'as-is' clause due to an estate sale and made sure not to make either party felt cheated.

I have worked with multiple Realtors as an investor and after working with Kara, I don't want to work with any other Realtor. She is knowledgeable, negotiate the best deals for her clients. There were times when my friends and I had doubts about structure damages and needed reliable photos since we were out of state, she would go take those photos quickly and clearly rain, shine, or snow.
