Was ready to take us somewhere anytime that we asked her if we could get a viewing. Even when me and my fiancé were on separate shifts she would take us to the houses individually so we could both see them before they sold. Would recommend Kara to anyone shopping in the area.

The Gillen Team is without question the best resource for real estate in the Dayton area, and arguably all of southwest Ohio. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuine. In the multiple transactions I’ve been a part of through them have impressed every time. They are on the clients side always and truly act in the clients best interest, not their own. I don’t see this all the time in real estate so it’s definitely a reason I will be a client if theirs for life.
