After going through a terrible attempt at purchasing a home with a different mortgage company, it made me feel so much more secure that the ABM group was super responsive and kept me up to date regularly. There was not a single time that I had a question or concern that I didn't get an answer the same day, even on weekends! I would recommend team Phillips to anyone!

They walked me through what could have been a very difficult process. With their help I was able to secure a loan to purchase a home for me and my children.
