Ginny and we team were ON IT every step of the way. My husband and I felt complete taken care of. Ginny and her team answered every question we had and they made this complicated and stressful process seamless. The cute mailer with packing tape was such a nice touch (and useful!). And the gift basket at closing was so kind! I would recommend Ginny and her team 10/10 times.

Great responsiveness and always available to answer any and all questions.
Overall a great experience. Much better than the process I was experiencing with my attempt to refinance with the existing lender. Closing was a breeze! Sometimes seemed like the request for documents were repetitive.
