Very professional and kept me well informed on each step
Giuseppe and his team were very responsive and quick throughout the entire process. I came to them to do a refinance at a time when everyone wanted to do the same thing and I knew they must have been swamped. However they treated me as though I was their only client and made me feel very important even though I had a small loan. I probably wouldn't go anywhere else for a home loan now because of how great my experience was.

I appreciated the communication from Giuseppe and his team. We came from another mortagage company that did not communicate at all and it took them 4 months to get our pre-approval and deny it 3 or 4 times. It took Giuseppe a week to get us in to his office, and talk the details out with a guaranteed pre-appoval. We had to do an early closing and Giuseppe and his team made that possible, even with the COVID pandemic. This was the one part of this process that was not stressful. Thank you!
My overall experience was great. The only one thing that I had a problem with is not having a single point of contact throughout my loan process. With this I received a number of unnecessary emails and phone calls that were easily resolved when the Zenith team members were able to ask their fellow coworkers if this is already been taken care of on the teams end. But this was a minor inconvenience to such a great experience.
Giuseppe and his team were very welcoming and supportive from the first day we met with them. They all made the home buying process very smooth and easy and answered all of our questions and request in a timely manner, even despite the uncertain times (Covid-19). Thank you Zenith Home Loans!
